APS Training Group is proud to offer this nationally accredited course that has helped many workplaces manage risks and produce better outcomes in the case of workplace accidents. UETDRRF004 is suitable for anyone taking the responsibility of providing emergency first aid in your workplace (designated First Aid Officer). This course supersedes and is equivalent to UETTDRRF06
This unit covers the performance of safe rescue procedures of an individual from a live Low Voltage (LV) apparatus in the workplace. Persons conducting this course will gain knowledge about legislation relating to LV rescue as well as risk assessments, planning for a job, general principles for rescue, first aid treatment, seeking medical assistance and high voltage installations.
Assessment is delivered in the form of short answer and multiple-choice theory questions, performance tasks and simulated practical scenarios.
A CPR course (HLTAID009) is included as part of the delivery and assessment. If you have already received a Statement of Attainment for a CPR course, we can provide RPL verification.

Participants who demonstrate competency by passing both the theory and practical assessments will receive a Statement of Attainment issued by APS Training Group.
Industry standard for refresher training varies from state to state, but most recommend it is completed once every 12 months.
As we are environmentally friendly, all certificates will be emailed.
HLTAID009–Provide (CPR) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (included in this course).
Participants should possess adequate reading, writing, numeracy and comprehension skills (level 2) to complete learning and assessment activities.
You will need a webcam and a form of photo-identification if completing this course (or part thereof) online.
